We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Jacques Solovière Paris. However, should you wish to make a return, we are here to assist you.
Return Conditions
— Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
— Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
— All sale items shipped outside Europe are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. During the sales period, we are unable to process refunds for international orders outside Europe.
Exchanges may be accepted exclusively in our Paris boutiques, subject to product availability. Gift cards are non-returnable.
— Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
— Jacques Solovière Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Return Shipping
— Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
— Need a DHL label? You may request a prepaid DHL return label;
it's €20 within Europe and €35 outside Europe (Fees will be deducted from your refund.)
— You may return your item free of charge at our Paris boutique.
(Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.)
How to Proceed With Your Return
Please complete the form provided. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions by email.
Emails are handled Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability of the desired item. The original order will be refunded once it has been returned.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@soloparis.com.
Disclaimer
Our products are handcrafted. Minor imperfections, variations in texture or color, and natural markings on the leather are normal and are not considered defects.
Taxes and Duties
All taxes are included for EU countries and all other international shipments (DDP).
Currencies
Jacques Solovière Paris can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
