Refund policy

 

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return:

  1. By Mail:

    • Please complete the online return form to request a return.
    • Once approved, send your items to: Jacques Solovière Boutique

      75006 Paris, France
    • The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
    • You can request a prepaid DHL label: 20€ within Europe, 35€ outside Europe (deducted from your refund).
  2. In-Store:

    • Return your item to our Paris boutique for free.
    • Bring your original invoice (paper or digital).
    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
    • Exchanges are treated as returns followed by a new purchase.
    • In-store returns are not available during sale periods.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@soloparis.com.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired pair right away to ensure availability.

Important Information:

  • Emails are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Jacques Solovière reserves the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.

Disclaimer:

Our products are handmade. Minor imperfections, variations in texture, color, and natural leather marks are normal and not considered faults.
