Jacques Solovière styles generally run slightly large, as they are designed on Italian lasts. We recommend referring to our size guide for measurements or contacting us at info@soloparis.com for personalized advice.

Care instructions

This type of leather is not water-resistant, is prone to stain & water damage, and risks the possibility of discoloration. When exposed to rain, dry with a cloth as soon as possible. If severely soaked, put newsprint paper into the shoes to absorb water and prevent it from warping. Store in a cool dry place. High-temperature drying methods (i.e., a hair dryer) should never be used, which may cause the leather to harden, crack, or warp. Light stains can be cleaned with a dry cloth. We recommend you to use a cream.

麂皮绒

属性

麂皮绒属性绒面革具有天鹅绒般柔软的触感。尽管较难维护，但它仍然是一种受欢迎的使用选择。与其他皮革相比，麂皮在磨损下容易变色。当暴露在水中时，它特别容易染色和变形，必须注意小心衣服被绒面革的颜色染色。

保养

麂皮易染色，易吸潮发霉。必须小心维护和使用。用绒面革刷子刷表面以去除灰尘颗粒。对于油性或污垢污渍，在布上加入少量的皮革保护霜然后擦拭（不要将保护霜直接涂抹在皮革上）。重复并再次擦拭。有些皮革可能会变色，因此我们建议在擦拭前先在不太明显的区域（例如内侧或角落）测试擦拭（用棉签）。护理皮革时，必须使用专门的皮革保护霜。精细皮革表面的轻微磨损和划痕在使用过程中是不可避免的。用干净的手轻轻擦拭划痕，手的溫度和天然油脂会使痕迹稍微消失。

ORIGINS

The Steve pays tribute to Steve González’s Mexican roots and creative vision. Inspired by 16th-century ghillie shoes—originally designed for dance and freedom of movement—it celebrates both cultural richness and artisanal craftsmanship. Following two successful collaborations, Steve, now a full member of the Jacques Solovière family, contributed to every step of the design: from selecting the leather shades to shaping a shoe that is both intricate and precisely conceived, combining comfort, elegance, and fluidity in motion.
