Ce type de cuir n’est pas résistant à l’eau, il est sensible aux taches et aux dommages causés par l’humidité, et présente un risque de décoloration. En cas de pluie, séchez-le dès que possible avec un chiffon. S’il est fortement imbibé, insérez du papier journal à l’intérieur des chaussures pour absorber l’eau et éviter toute déformation. Conservez-les dans un endroit frais et sec. Les méthodes de séchage à haute température (comme le sèche-cheveux) ne doivent jamais être utilisées, car elles peuvent durcir, craquer ou déformer le cuir. Les petites taches peuvent être nettoyées avec un chiffon sec. Nous vous recommandons également l’utilisation d’une crème adaptée.
