Made to measure

Description

For a slightly higher cost, you can have a pair made for you in the workshop in Italy.
It may take 6 to 8 weeks to receive your order but often it is much faster than that.

Solovière frequently receives custom orders. If you need a special size, 47 or 48 for example, or you are looking for a model from previous collections or the size is no longer available. You can have it specially made for you as part of the “made-to-measure” program.

Care instructions

This type of leather is not water-resistant, is prone to stain & water damage, and risks the possibility of discoloration. When exposed to rain, dry with a cloth as soon as possible. If severely soaked, put newsprint paper into the shoes to absorb water and prevent it from warping. Store in a cool dry place. High-temperature drying methods (i.e., a hair dryer) should never be used, which may cause the leather to harden, crack, or warp. Light stains can be cleaned with a dry cloth. We recommend you to use a cream.

All taxes are included for EU countries and all other international shipments (DDP).

Currencies
Jacques Solovière Paris can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

Exchange & return

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired pair right away to ensure availability.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and labels intact.
• We do not accept returns for personalized or final sale items.
