For Corentin, Paris is best enjoyed without too much complication. His ideal day is built around simple pleasures: family, friends, movement, culture, good food, and enough time to enjoy all of them.
A perfect summer day begins around nine on a sunny morning in July. Breakfast with his children by the pond in Neuilly-sur-Seine comes first, followed by a late-morning tennis match—preferably on clay. Lunch is shared with friends before an afternoon spent wandering through Paris, whether through the Louvre gardens, along the quays, or inside the Musée d’Orsay.
As evening approaches, there might be a film at Châtelet or Odéon, followed by dinner with friends on a terrace. His Paris is social but unhurried, balancing the energy of the city with the quieter routines that make it feel like home.
Corentin’s approach to personal style is similarly uncomplicated. When investing in something he intends to wear for years, two qualities matter: comfort and originality. Rather than following whatever happens to be in fashion at a particular moment, he looks for pieces with enough personality to stand on their own and enough ease to become part of everyday life.
His definition of luxury is even simpler: sleep.

It is an answer that says quite a lot about Corentin’s approach to life. Self-described as tall, smiling, and nonchalant, he doesn’t seem particularly interested in overcomplicating things. The best days are often those spent doing what you enjoy, surrounded by the people you enjoy doing it with.
Corentin’s Paris Tip: Bar Salto and Petit Célestin are two addresses he returns to.
What Corentin Wears: Corentin’s favorite Jacques Solovière design is the Edouard Black, a derby crafted from our signature one-piece leather construction. For a more casual look, he prefers the Jim, which brings the same one-piece construction and original one-eyelet pleat to a sleek sneaker sole.
